| Lord Chamberlain | responsible for the overall administration of the Senate |
| Lord Diplomat | responsible for actioning the foreign policy and co-ordinating information gathering for the Teutonian empire. The Lord Diplomat may employ Diplomats to carry out duties. Foreign policy is set by agreement between the King and the Senate |
| Lord Arcane | responsible for all matters relating to magic on behalf of the Teutonian empire |
| Lord Exchequer | responsible for all matters relating to trade and commerce on behalf of the Teutonian empire |
Offices | Description |
| High Provost | responsible for both the security of the camp and nobles on Teutonian business outside of camp (e.g. Ritualists & Diplomats). The level of security to be applied will be agreed between the King and the Senate |
| Captain of the Royal Bodyguard | responsible for the protection of the King |
| High Scout | responsible for co-ordinating scouting and battle field information gathering |
| High Ritualist | responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of all rituals performed by the Teutonian Nation |
| High Mage | responsible for organising the Mage and Shaman capabilities of the Teutonian Nation to both defend the camp and for offensive actions |
| High Healer | responsible for organising the healing capabilities of the Teutonian Nation to both defend the camp and for offensive actions |
| Chancellor | responsible for the funds of the faction. This includes the collection of all taxes as legislated by the Teutonian Senate and payments authorised by the King |
| High Crafter | responsible for organising Teutonian crafters as to meet the needs of the Teutonian Nation, as agreed by the King and the Senate |
| High Alchemist | responsible for organising Teutonian alchemists as to meet the needs of the Teutonian Nation, as agreed by the King and the Senate |
| Chief Justicar | responsible for advising the King and Senate on the Laws and Constitution of Teutonian |
Other Offices | Description |
Teutonian Champion | responsible for defending the honour of Teutonia. The King is prohibited from duelling and so the Teutonian Champion must fight in his place. The position of Teutonian Champion is contested each year by combat. |
Standard Bearer | responsible for carrying the Teutonian Battle standard into battle. |
