Current leader: Victor von Murmansk, Chief Justicar & Vizegraf von MurmanskThe Order (Der Auftrag in old Teutonian) ia a secretive and clandestine organisation made up of spell casters and scolars who strive to protect the world and teutonia from threats of both a magical and supernatural nature, threats that they document and observe with great intrest. They rarely show their hand, prefering misdirection to brute force but do not confuse this passive nature with weakness. The m agical Energies that dwell in each member can send an uncautious warrior into the next world or worse. Individuals and groups are expendable for the greater good and no-one is above their scrutiny. Farmer or King. No-one is above the Lore.

Moredhel
Current leader: Isileth, Lord Arcane & Herzog von Bad TolzA Very Brief History of the Moredhel
We awoke beside the water and dwelt there long by the light of the stars Halakne, our mother, kindled for us. The darkness in the hills was fearsome, haunted by the rider, many of our kin were lost, and the rider came among us and some followed him and more followed them. We who loved our home, or would not forsake the lost, remained but the world was growing harsher. An age passed but we endured.
The day came when the earth itself became unquiet, the stars were dark but in the midst of the darkness a single star shone and its ray showed us a path and the lady Ingariel rose up and lead us down that path. Ingariel travelled far in her mind and the light of the mother was in her eyes and she led us south. Those who did not follow perished as the meres and streams ran with molten rock. Ingariel comforted us saying that the mother had promised she would protect us and our race would survive.
Then was the first age of sorrow. Our people were scattered and starving even the strength of Ingariel’s will could not keep us on that path. Khaine came among us then, dismounting he led many to places to where food could be found but never enough. There was strife among us and some were slain that others might have that food. We had one other god, Namo, god of the dead we did not worship him, we were not dead!
Silneneste, a form of philosophy arose its followers said that to survive pleasure must be sought in the least of things, a single berry might thus become a feast but the followers of Khaine would take even this and the fierce pleasures of battle became known.
Kubeth came to those who were starving and said that to survive in the wilderness we must be as the creatures of the wild. Some learned stealth and how to use the wild, others went further and clad in fur they hunted with their bare hands and ate the meat hot from the kill .
At last Ingariel came to a place among the mountains where above a sheltered valley on the shoulder of a mountain was a fair place watered by many springs and above, like a gem set on the mountain top to the north shone Mirandil, our star. There we built a city and the wanderers arrived and strife ended. We dwelt in bliss beneath the stars until the sun rose.
There was one sorrow in all this time. Dragons dwelt in the hills around, we delighted in making the fair things that they craved and their splendour was beyond compare , they sought things of beauty not just gold and we made these. We taught them speech and we sang together on the mountain tops. From the north came creatures wielding whips of flame, and the fire of the dragons did not harm them and many dragons were slain and their eggs taken. The others dragons fled far to the east.
We gazed in awe at the bright sun as it arose and filled our valley with light but the snows on the mountain above melted and the flood poured through the city . Ingariel was lost in that flood and we made Forgil Ing’ilde her son our king. Though we rebuilt the city as fair as before it was not the same. Among those who strove for positions close to the King the worship of Khaine became the rule. Slaanesh came among us again and taught us the full extent of pleasure that could be sought. Our lives were richer but now often cut short.
We met dwarves then of the house of Modsognir and we traded and we taught each other much.
Men appeared in our valley and we welcomed them but after less than half a millennium they became jealous and angry. They attacked us and though we drove them from the valley, it was at great cost, for our city had no walls, it had needed none. Forgil was sorely wounded and died soon after but as he lay in a coma his sister and his son were slain by followers of Khaine who successfully supported the cause of his brother Orolos. Our new king would listen to the council of all but was always swayed by the argument that he had heard last. The competition to have the last word became fierce . This was our way as another age passed.
Then the second age of sorrow came upon us. A tremor shook the city and many buildings fell decisive action was needed and the king could make none and Khaine spoke to his high priest and he went forth and slew the king and his children. With no leader strife increased, the few remaining of Ingariel’s line refused to lead . Then the dragons returned and we ran to meet them and were slain for they were not as our friends of old but we wept as we slew them but much that was green in our city withered.
When the day came and the earth shook as it never had before, the frozen peak of the mountain melted and our city was ruined. We turned to Modsognir’s folk and they gave us no shelter and would trade only on the cruellest terms. From all sides we were beset, men, trolls, orcs, and even other elves every hand was turned against us. Countless years we wandered until we came to the caves of sleep, and one by one we chose the oblivion that they offered.
