An entity is considered Reichsstand, if according to Teutonian Law it has no authority above it save for the King. This includes:
The Advisory Council is appointed directly by the King to provide council on any matter the King so decides.
The Religious Council is comprised of both laypersons and clerical dignitaries recognised by the Gods of Teutonia.
