"Let it be known that on this month March 1108, during the Stewardship of Fredderick von Hapsburg,the Crown wishes to announce an amendment to the Teutonian Laws, pertaining to Military Disorder.
Interference perpetrated by any third party, causing interruption to the effective accomplishment of The High Provosts duties,
is considered an act against the King himself; Treason."
